Title: Tempest problem

I'm trying to run Tempest and use my mouse for now but when I launch it the shooter just keeps spinning around and around without me touching anything. It also keeps shooting. I'm not sure what needs to be fixed in the config. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

it is probably a controls issue.  clear out any joystick controls.  I had that happen in a couple of games before.
