Title: Killer Instinct Cabinet Restore...

I have a Killer Instinct cabinet that had been converted to some golf game...it's been stripped of almost everything, but the artwork is pretty good...
I bought a CPO on ebay, and I still need to find a marquee...I haven't started yet...just collecting parts...I will be MAMEing it, as I don't have a hard drive or board...

Did you restore the artwork on the sides?  Or did the gold game still have the KI art?

Haven't done a thing yet...it's all as it was when I bought it...

Originally, I was going to strip it and repaint or something, but when I looked at it a little more, I decided to try and save it...too bad the guts were stripped...

That must have been strange in the arcade.  Seeing a machine will a skeleton on the side, and behold! Play a round of golf!!  What were they thinking??

HA!  I know...from the CPOs, it looks like it was converted to golf, then to bowling...now I have it...my GF hates it...she can't stand the artwork, BUT it'll be in our basement, so so far it's OK...

I'm gonna take a guess and say you've got an original 25" Hantarex Polo in there. If so, how's the burn in?

Unfortunately the monitor was gone...
