Alright, I had Shenmue I for Dreamcast.....I loved it. I do not have an xbox, but heard that there was a Shenmue II for Xbox....was it any good? Are there any plans for a 3? Thanks!

Shenmue II was, unfortunately, never released in the US for the Dreamcast. But, if you get the PAL version, it's subtitled in English. I think the XBOX version was released in '02 and got some pretty good reviews...

According to GameInformer Issue 153, Page 24 near the bottom.
Yu Suzuki says that there's no Shenmue 3.
I thought I heard about a Shenmue MMORPG game that was being made for South Korea a while back but I could be wrong.
I got to try a demo of Shenmue on the xbox, it seemed like a fun game.

After getting sucked into Shenmue, I was looking forward to Shenmue II. The U.S. Dreamcast release got canned, and I never imported it. I did get a copy of the Xbox port. It's supposed to have updated lighting from the DC version, but I wouldn't know personally. I wasn't able to really get into the meat of the game, but I'm sure that it had more to do with life taking up my free time. It's a shame, because I have a feeling that I could end up getting into it.
The MMORPG, from what I understand, was due out already, but was basically canned. It was supposed to have been handed to a Korean code mill, where games go to die. But, that's just what I've heard. I wasn't all that interested in the MMORPG.
