Title: Multi-emulator selector

I remember a post a while ago about this.  I did a search, and couldn't find anything :).

There is a peice of software that you can boot up with windows that'll let you choose which emulator/jukebox/whatever to run by using standard MAME controls.  Anyone know what I'm talking about?  It's a shareware application, or limited time demo, that you can, of course, purchase.

I'd obviously be more interested in a freeware program that does the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated,
