Title: Is this SF2 Rainbow edition?

I picked up this board in trade and not knowing much of the Street Fighter Series, is this the rainbow edition?  KLOV indicates that you can tell when the rainbow chips have been added by looking at the text in the splash screen--looks like it to me but as I say, I'm no expert.

Can't really tell from the pic.

I'm guessing you don't have the pcb or you would have seen if pressing start changes characters during the round?

I have never played a game of street fighter in my life--so no i haven't pressed start and tried to use the extra features--I was kind of hoping someone here would have experience with this board and confirm what I've been reading--I have no idea how to even use the special features of this board.
