Title: problems with horizontal positioning (Atten: Ken?)
Post by: jeremy42 on January 11, 2006, 02:11:23 pm
Hello, all!
I'm a newbie, so please, if you would, answer as such!   ;)

Have a problem with my monitor.
First, I don't know what brand it is!  Any ideas?

Second, the left side has a 1-2 inch gap before the picture pops up.  This is with the original JAMMA board connected and an ArcadeVGA.  I have found the width coil and adjusted it from full in to fully out with no changes.  I have changed the pot out on the remote board to no avail.  Do I need a recap?  or maybe it's something else?

third, I have read in these boards about a "B+" setting.  What and where is this, and can I get zapped or zap my monitor by adjusting it?

I am putting in pictures, that may help as well.

Thanks!

Those pictures are not very good. I can't tell anything from those. Pictures need to be taken from above looking straight down on the main board. Suggest looking at the Bob Roberts monitor ID page.
