My PS2 is now finish and I don't have enough money to buy a PS3. :)Is there a way to attach those PS2 game pads to Computer,I know PS2 pads to PC converters are there but I want to do it my self.Do you have some information on that.
I did that before with the Xbox S controllers but i don't like them too much due to their typical layout.
thanks in advance.

Not easily, no.
The reason you could do it easy with the Xbox controller, is because they are USB to start with, so there is nothing really to convert, beyond the shape of the plug at the end. This is not the case with the PS2 controllers.

it cant be done easly and will probly cost you more that buying a converter.Just buy one instead. I got one for sale 2 port ps2 to pc converter $10+$2 shipping pic upon request 8)

I am not sure what you are saying because 2 years ago my cousin attached a PS1 game pad to a Parallel port...Btw way PS2 to Pc game pad convertors are not available here in my country and i don't want to pay more money on shipping.

Nobody said you couldn't do it.
We just said it was not done easily. Certainly not as easily as the Xbox controller, which was nothing more than a change of plugs.
Can you get adapters for PSX=>Xbox in your country?
If you can then you could then easily modify those for PC use the same way you would an Xbox controller.
Anyway...
Here is a site, that a quick google search turned up, for performing the PSX=>Parallel mod.

I made my own Playstation to Parallel port joypad using dpadpro as drivers under Windows 98.
It was really easy but didn't work on all PC's (something to do with different voltages on the LPT ports) and there aren't any good drivers for Windows XP.
I used this webpage as a reference: http://www.emulatronia.com/reportajes/directpad/psxeng/index.htm
Now I'm using this one, very cheap, rumble support, USB plug 'n' Play etc.:

The same setup that your cousin used will work for you as well,
since most Playstation2 controllers are backwards-compatible wit
Playstation1.
If by "finish" you mean that your PS2 is completely wrecked, I guess you could use the controller ports on it for the hack.

I will use each n every part of my dead PS2, still not getting a right direction, where to start?
May be PS2 Mod is similar to PSX mod but not nessesary.
btw, drivers will irritate me in the last.

What, your cousin won't give you any help? ???
I recommend making a dedicated convertor cable instead of hacking
directly to a controller, as you'll be able to use different controllers.
The link dennis808 gave you should offer everything you need.
As for drivers, look for
win 95/98--- Direct Pad Pro
2000/XP -----NTPad
