Title: speeding ticket

crap I got a ticket on my way to work tonight  :(

it was within a mile from where the speed dropped from 55 to 45.

I see this all the time on American TV and assume it is standard practice....

I tried to tell him that I was hearing a strange noise out of the engine and was trying to detemine what it was so that I could take it to the mechanics after work.

thats the usual spot for them. Who the heck in the right mind doing 55 and suddenly drop to 45 ? NO ONE, just what happened to me, who in their right mind that I should put a blinker whne I changed lane at 3:30 AM , no one was around except me and the PIG. Oh! men here we go again....... >:(

You should have put you outrun experience to practice.. At least you would have been on TV if you did...

Call the county's states atty's office and ask if they offer supervision.  The cost will be higher than just paying the ticket, but, you will avoid a possible increase in insurance rates and points against your license.

yep, I was the only one on the road he was parked in a used car lot so he wasn't noticable untill he hit his blue lights.

wife wasn't too happy to here of the news...........
