There's no new record for it, but I'd imagine he's transfering the ownership to Ultracade Technologies.

Also, it looks like Mr.Do! (http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=oe9hce.2.1) is currently public domain, so it's perfectly legal to sell artwork depicting the Mr.Do! designs.
