does anyone know the answer?

They've got hundreds of licenses, but these are the games that they claim to own copyright (according to the old Arcade Legends spec sheet). I can't find them anywhere on copyright.gov though.

i think its full of crap he has permission to use the rom in a money making machine but i don't think he has copyright to it.

I'm not sure if it's been noticed before, but the Ultracade TM (http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=doc&state=hegcfk.4.1) was cancelled on August 10th. There's no new record for it, but I'd imagine he's transfering the ownership to Ultracade Technologies.
Also, it looks like Mr.Do! (http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=oe9hce.2.1) is currently public domain, so it's perfectly legal to sell artwork depicting the Mr.Do! designs.

I wonder how long it will take for CC to file for the Ultracade Trademark ;D
