Title: Ms Pacman help needed

I picked up a "non-working" Ms Pacman today, and got it working in minutes, but have a couple problems.  There is a ground hum coming from the speaker, and a rolling bar on the monitor.  The grounds all seem to be connected.  Anyone know a simple fix for this?
