Title: Gameboy Advance Link to Emulator via lpt
Post by: Pacific Ripper on August 30, 2005, 03:38:20 am
I have a cable from my gameshark that connects from my printer port to my gameboy like a link cable. What kind of application can I use to possibly link an emulator to a real gameboy, or maybe even connect my real gameboy to the internet? How would I go about doing that? How can I redirect communication to and from my printer port?

Someone here made an app to display controls info on a GBA screen.  Try a search here for 'gba screen' etc...

I think there are some links in the thread relating to the above, which point to some GBA dev websites also.

Thanks Minwah. I found something that might help me out. It's called GSterm which is based on GBTerm Jeff Frohwein Gameboy Terminal. It works in conjunction with GBBasic which is made by the same person.
