Title: "Out of Scan Range"

I accidently set my screen resolution that is too high for my new Benton 27" Arcade Monitor... and my screen is now black with a flashing screen that tells me its out of scan range... etc etc
I tried connecting my computer monitor to fix this but I get the same thing.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

You should be able to fix it by booting to safe mode, which will give you a useable low-res screen.  How you do this depends on your OS.
