Title: dc pad hacks analog vs the d pad
Post by: muell67 on August 10, 2005, 08:01:59 pm
I was going to get some hacked dc pads and I was wondering if I should go with the hacked analog or just the directional pad. I know if the analog gets hacked it will work the same as the d pad, and all games work with the analog stick not all work with the d pad. Should I wire both together to one arcade joystick.

I don't think it's necessary to do the analog.  I just did the d pad and have never had any issues.

Out of the 80 or so DC games I have only 15 or so were unplayable with my hacked DC pads (digital hacked not analog). Most games supported both the dpad and the analog stick (same function).
