after few days this is what i receive, it`s a counter top poker machine , it`s empty only the pcb and power supply are remaining.

it`s made out of wood and steal , most of the wires are there .

i`m going to use the computer ALON use to have in is other machine and also the i-pac

i found a really good 9" monitor on ebay, vga for a very good price

my first challenge was how to install the 9" monitor to the machine ? well after few hours of search the best solution was to strip the all monitor and attach the front plastic cover to the top of the machine , for that i drill 3 holes into the steal and secure the front plastic . after that i reattach the monitor to it and leave the other half strip
after that i install the pc mother board into the machine with the pc power supply ,was really tied but everything went to place.
i rebuild the front of the machine with a piece of ply wood and install a joystick with 3 buttons and rewire everything to the i-pac
i install a new t-modeling and for the decoration i order some checkers decals on e-bay , for the sides i got some really nice video games characters
after 2 weeks of hard work ALON was able to enjoy is new birthday toy , and for the cherry on top of the cake is wife ANNA loved the machine ......

;D i think this storey is cool fred how you build the mini mame for you friend, and even better in the end his wife was happy too when it was finished,im thinking of building  a mini cab as i just bought a dreamcast to vga adapter so i think this would be cool to build a mini arcade and put a dreamcast inside. 8)
