Title: Daytona DC Interface

i just snapped this one up of ebay. is it what i think it is? an interface that allows me to use proper arcade wheels and pedals on the DC? Or am i way off. I wasn't sure what to pay and ended up winning the auction by .70c! Could be good if it does what im hoping... anyone able to help me out?

thats what it looks like, quite a score if thats what it is, id be very interested to see how this works out for you...
