Is there a easy way, maybe with a Rom Manager that I could scan my MAME ROMs and delete any ROMs that are missing files or corrupt? I'm trying to clean up my ROMs, and I'm finding some that don't work and I'd like to delete these files.
Thanks!!

Yup.... both romcenter and clrmamepro move roms and rom portions that they find useless to a working dir after you "fix" all of your roms. Delete the contents of this dir and you are all set.

I've run CLRMAME using my source directory as my directory with my ROMs and a directory called NEWROMS as my destination directory.
The original directory held:
1,532 Files
3.19gb
After I ran CLRMAME I had:
775 Files
716mb
Does this mean CLRMAME moved all the good ROMs to the new directory, and left the stuff in the orginal directory to be deleted and use the new files?
Thanks!

Ouch, sounds like you messed up. Either that or you had a lot of bad ROMS! Try running MAME, see if the ROMs left work. In any event, I'd use clrmame to "rebuild" from you Newroms directory to your Roms folder. Then try it again.

Pay a tombstone burner to get a complete set of roms and dump your old ones. :)

That works too ;D
