Post by: bruce on December 17, 2002, 03:19:09 am
okei i got the picture to display the wg 19", also i got the picture to stay but it so small, when arcadeos appear it seems to fill up the screen but when the game (mslug is the game i'm testing out) start to run  the picture is small  ???.  Any one know to stretch it out.  it looked like you run low resolution with setting of high resolution.  Anyone know to get this fix?
also i did try the vertical size knobs.
Thanks

Look in mame.cfg
Look for hardware stretch.
Set it to yes or 1.
Problem should be fixed.

I had this problem with vert games on a horizontal monitor using arcadeOS. switching to advance mame fixed this (and several other minor but annoying problems)

i still use arcade os, but enable stretch for the game and that fix it.  Still the video seems to miss green colors, because pictures seems to be pink as the result of dominant of red and blue colors.  Does anyone know how to fix this? i resolder the green wire but still doesn't work.  i wonder if the solder on blue and red is not good would that cause these colors to dominant the green.
