If your like me and you use Windows XP as a frontend then you may be interested in downloading the following guide.

I particularly like the pages 130-135 which are visual and convienience tweaks, things like putting a shutdown icon on your desktop, Remove text from desktop icons, display an on screen keyboard. Also stuff like turning off CD Autoplay, stoppng warning balloons, removing the recycle bin etc are all there as well.
