Hantarex polo .
left pin is . live
right pin is . neutral
leave the center pin empty the center pin must not be used
atach the earth to one of the two screws nearby in the metal frame work (should be obvious where it goes) see pic.
are you sure the monitor is 110 volts?
it should say bellow where it says polo.
make sure it dosnt say 220-240
plug it in

HEY HEY HEY....just powered up that monitor...did power up...BZZZ..noice...ahh..thanks man..

All of the Hantarex schematics I've found show pins 1 and 3 are 220V AC, and the middle pin is ground. I don't know where you are, but I expect if you bought it in the US it'd be a 110V version. As far as the plug, I'm not sure but see if it is a standard 3-pin molex or compatable.

yes...powered up and i am ALIVE :D.
just another q though..
SEE..i hack open a bnc cable right...and i see 2 wires...one is shielded and 1 is naked..
THE naked one is ground right?
Do i need to daisy chain all the ground from the scan converter output then splice every ground to monitors ground?
PLEASE.. :'(..make this thing little clear for me..I am still waiting confirmation so i can hook it up without blowing anything out.thanks for the reply everyone. ::)
P.S. generousben,
dude you are a total pimp..somehow you managed to figure out this was a polo monitor..hehe..thanks again yo. :)
