"Iran is ruled by men who suppress liberty at home and spread terror across the world."
It would be hilarious if it wasn't so pathetic ::)

toss me a bone here.
whats your point?

I think he needs to toss you a clue not a bone :)
However, the website this was from is a bit odd, does any us sources back up this statement? (seems to be a bit of a red herring, I mean, he wouldn't actually use the same speech he used before the Iraq fiasco, would he??)
On the other hand, I do not by any stretch believe he could foster support for another war this way. :)

Apparently, the washington post is the original source.

Probably. Iran is a nice easy word for him, Like Iraq, they'd only have to change one letter, and he's learnt the speech already so less chance of him 'mispronouncanilisin' any of the words. :)

i also read an article yesterday about the possibility of using long term inmates overseas to bolster numbers.
Don't suppose they'll be able to connect with the ones in abu garib mind. Hmm, convicts with machine guns. Should help the 'hearts and minds' policy no end. Now where did I put those flowers to greet them with??

Ahh well, the inmates from the prison in the army and the inmates from the asylums in congress. (oh, Drew's gonna jump on me for that one :))
