It's also that these are such bad moves and he seems like a genuinely nice guy. I have bought token from him a few times and he is pretty courtious. I am rooting for him.

The dude seems nice, so I'm not sure if he'll ever be on a wanted poster, but I figure he's going to be on a restraining order by the end of the month.
Unless that chick is extremely blunt with him, like FU**-OFF blunt, it doesn't seem like he's gonna get the hint.
