I'd like to know what it is too.
I just asked over on the MisfitMame forum (http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=misfitmame), but it hasn't been getting much traffic lately so we could be waiting a while for an answer there.

I fired an email off to Dave Widel ("Dav" on these forums, I believe) because he mentioned in a post that he created it, so hopefully I get a response. I've been searching my --I'm attempting to get by the auto-censor and should be beaten after I re-read the rules-- off and can't find it...

The name of the game is "Mr and Mrs PacMan" (romname: mrmrspac).
