This question didn't really involve mame so I didn't think it needed to go in software or video....anyways
I was curious if anyone knows of a good free program to create vcd's or svcd's from pictures to play on your dvd player? Everything I've found cost anywhere from 20 to 80 bucks and I'm cheap! :) Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

If your dvd player supports those kodak picture cd things, you could just burn one of those. Otherwise, can't you just use windows movie maker to turn the pics into an mpeg and then just burn a vcd?

Your player might support a wider range if files than you think. Mine supports all major formats other than quicktime. I can even mix and match them on a disc.

Try putting a bunch of JPegs straight onto a CD and playing it in your DVD player.
If nothing happens, try
