Title: BurgerTime marquee WIP

I've looked around and haven't seen anyone else working on this marquee, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I can't remember the last time I tried to vectorize anything this complicated, so this might take a while; but it's a start.
From the photos of the marquee here (http://localarcade.com/arcade_art/details.php?image_id=835&mode=search), it appears to be exactly the same as portions of the cocktail overlay here (http://localarcade.com/arcade_art/details.php?image_id=556&mode=search), so I'm working from the high-res cocktail overlay scan.

Thought I'd better post here before I spend any more time on it...
