I'm starting to take vitamins every morning, Multi-Vitamin and B-Complex. And I'm wondering what other vitamins people are using and should I be taking anymore?

1 kids chewable every morning. It sounds silly, but it's better foryou than any other multi-vitamin since more vitamins are digested into your bloodstream than the non-chewable ones.

I don't. I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. I'm a fraction of an inch from being a vegetarian these days.

I'm not a vegetarian and I don't eat as many fruits and vegetables as I should, but I don't really take multi vitamins any more.
The general scientific consesus is that you don't need them and/or you're not getting much out of them anyway. The vast majority of any multi-vitamin you take is going to go down the toilet. If you have a medically diagnosed deficiency, then I'd take a supplement. But if you're eating 1500-2000+ calories a day and have some variety in your food, then the vitamins probably aren't doing much/anything for you.
I do own a bottle of multi-vitamins and I do take them occasionally when I haven't been eating well, haven't been sleeping enough and have been binge-drinking for days at a time, but overall I'm not convinced there's a point to taking them daily.
Just my 2-cents.

I take a multi-vitamin a lot. I take the kind for seniors because I wasn't paying attention when I bought the bottle and it was like a 250 or 500 pill bottle. Whoops.

I take fruity peebles and milk vitamins every mourning. And at the age of 28 the red flinstone vitamin still tastes the best.

Summertime, I take 2 potassium pills 3 times a week, unless banannas are on sale, in which case I take 1 bananna daily.

There was something else other than 'naners to up your potassium levels, but I can't remember what it was.

Well, except that bananas actually are an excellent source, while lemmings do not fling themselves into the ocean en masse. But they are no more excellent a source than many many other fruits.

BTW, what ever happened to Fredster. I miss him. He's supposed to pop in right about now and thank me for my vast and profound wisdom and ask when I added dietician to my resume.

Avocados. That's the big 'un.
'naners are high in K, and you are correct, lots of fruits, more specifically, tropical fruits.
The pills actually don't work as well as banannas, but they suffice.
It's not a pill or vitamin, but this seems like as good a place as any to interject this:
