had some old get well kits i purchased from wico but never had the time or motivation to install - just used up the 2 GO7 kits i had and they worked great have several old monitors which need kits some old wells 4900 ect - question who's selling the best ones now at best price. any other comments about this issue would also be appreciated. thanks guys!

Zanen Electronics and Bob Roberts are THE source for capkits (and at the best prices, too). In fact all the old Wico kits you had were really Zanen kits that Wico repackaged (and marked up the price).

thanks ken seems you always have correct answer (as opposed to just an answer)

Between Bob and Zanen, whose is better? I need a K4600.

Both are great, but zanen takes credit cards.

It's a toss up as to who's better, but I prefer Zanen myself.
Zanen's instructions packed with the kits are excellent. They take credit cards. If you do lots of monitors you can buy 10 different kits and get a discount on them plus shipping free. Zanen generally has flybacks priced cheaper than Bob Roberts.
Bob Roberts has a much larger selection of kits than Zanen.

I got one from Competitive Products not long ago. It was good, except it didn't have any pots included.

I got a kit from Competitive once---just once. I found it to be a pale imitation of a Zanen kit.
The 4600 kit that Zanen sells always includes a new trimpot for the video interface board since it's such a high failure item.
