Title: Questions regarding LAZARUS???
Post by: liche on November 14, 2002, 08:36:30 am
I'm looking into using LAZARUS for my front end.  Just had a few questions??

1.  Is Windows 2000 compatible with LAZARUS and the new MAME version, or should I stick with Win98 (2nd Ed)?

2.  If using LAZARUS, what is best way to accomplish System Shut-Down using only my control panel controls?

3.  Any "bad" things i need to know about Lazarus before starting.

Thanks

1. Lazarus is designed around Xp but is backwards compatible up to 98 se.

2.  Turn on "shut down on exit" in the lazarus.ini.

3.  It doesn't support screen rotation and at the moment joystick support is broken.
