I always wanted to make a SuperSmash Bros. cabinet because Its one of the most addictive Games Ever made in the fighting genre. It would be very colorful Art (like the japanese Cabs) but in a dynamo style w/ 4players...
If only It were possible, id start now... ^.<

put many quarters in that game............

We had that at my local arcade. It was a lot of fun. I have some old software around here somewhere that looks exactly like that game. You can even build your own tracks. I'll have to see if I can find it.

Gyruss, obviously.. lol
Wife wouldn't have it any other way

One that would play anything. Press a button conversion from sit down, cocktail, upright, etc. All controls. Automatically brings up the original control panel with instructions.

I think I have it on floppy somewhere. I'm a packrat. ;)
lol.....I think most of us here are packrats ;)

Well, I haven't found the game on disk yet, but I did find the name.
-
well, no game in particular...but I'd love to afford the bandwidth of my own EMU server running on a backbone to the net, and thus allowing all my friends here having a massive gaming session day or night, day after day, week after week, etc etc. BYOAC tourney's galore.
On second thought, something better than that maybe would be a lan site setup for all us nuts to come together and just hang out for games, pizza. Of course darkly lit, 80's music blaring. And as anal as we all are NO SMOKIN!!! in the building(mostly due to us all bringing our own panels to game on hehe)

Well since I finished my last dream cabinet (Exceleena project) , next on the list is a 42" Plasma (or LCDTV) 4:3 flat panel, rotateable, attached to a Sega Megalo sit-at panel.
-
The holographic combat chess type game that C-3PO and Chewbacca played in Star Wars ;D

Mine would be a 8 Player Virtua Racing cab.

lol, Yeah, that would be pretty cool... ^.<

I'm keeping mine a secret... Maybe one day I'll be a multimillionaire :) and have enough money to build it ;D, then it would suck pretty hard to see someone did that allready based on my idea... >:(
Who said I'm psychotic?!?! Now get me my happy pills! ;)

An 8 player GT5 cab with motion simulation and 3 huge LCDs for each player set up inside a real McLaren F1 would be nice... :o

If it were me, I would actually get away from the traditional cab design and skip right to the neurological implant. That way, you could play any game you wanted, any time via advanced cybernetic components. And because humans only use about 11% of their brains anyway (which has been scientifically proven), you could dedicate a lot of "processing power" for some super cool simulations that put you IN the position of say Mario, Dig Doug, or Mr. Do. You might be able to recreate the good old days of hanging out in an 80's arcade by rendering your own memories into graphic-neural images!
Andy, think you could whip up a driver and some hardware for us? ;) ;D :D
