Title: How to resize downloade bezel?

I downloaded a bezel from Arcade Art Library. How can I resize it? Any freeware programs I can use  ???

If it's a vector bezel, you can resize it with Adobe Illustrator.... you can download a 30 day unrestricted trial from Adobe. Or, you can just ask someone here to scale it to a certain size... might be easier.
