Title: Pelican PL-2038 light gun

This light gun is for the xbox..  i have an adapter that allows me to connect and xbox controller to my PC via USB... is it possible for me to use this on my MAME box? for a light gun... I'll be using a TV as a monitor ...

its highly unlikely.. the Playstation to USB adapters dont work in this way but I suppose its always possible.. doubtful.. but slightly possible...

i know with the usb xbox adapter i was able to play halo pc with the xbox controller.. so i was hoping i could use the light gun...

it might would work with special drivers.. but those adapters as mainly designed for gamepad.. The PS2/usb adapter I have is recognized in windows as a gamepad no matter whats plugged into it.. infact even when nothing is plugged into it.  but I've never tried this with an Xbox adapter so its possible I suppose.. it sure would be nice since console lightgun are cheap and easy to come by... if it did work I'd buy 2 tomorrow..
