Title: Project64 in Windows Shell

I have project64 up and running in my cab and I can play all the games fine.  I am using the command line version and running it throught mamewah.  The problem is when I run the rmulator through my windows shell it won't show up.  I can tell it is running int the back ground but it doesn't show up like when I run it in regular windows.
