hey guys,
im using mame32, whenever i play a game it doesnt save the high score for the next time i play.
Specifically Puzzle Bobble!
How do i fix this?

Ensure you have the hiscore.dat file in the root folder of your mame installation. No further configuration should be required. Although not sure as I only use Windows command line version of mame - get it here:
http://www.mameworld.net/highscore/
I think certain games still don't support high scores, but more and more are implemented through the Hiscore project

It will work just fine with mame32.
