Title: Incredible price on system selector
Post by: ChadTower on November 30, 2004, 03:05:40 pm
Not sure if this is temporary, but I called Gamestop and confirmed the price and that it's not just for a preorder.  The only difference is that their ETA is 12/8 instead of 12/1.  I will call them tomorrow night as that's when they said they should have them if 12/1 is the date.

This is an incredible price as these are just rebranded Pelican switchers, which is a very good quality unit even at the $80 the Pelican units sell for.

If you live in the NW region of USA, the big grocery/deparment store, Meijer's has something very similar.  I picked mine up for I think $30 a year ago.  It has 5 Selection buttons and supports s-video & RCA.
Of course the thing doesn't have it's brand name own it, so I have no idea, but I am pretty sure Mad Catz makes this.  Found it in the video game isle, good luck.
