Title: Need recommendation on 25" TV.

Ok I am building a couple of cabinets for a friend, and he is too cheap to go with the full out arcade monitor.  So I am looking for a suggestion on a 25" TV that has S-Video in, remembers its last video source, and remembers its power state when the plug is pulled.  I am looking for seamless integration with a  system that can be powered on and off using just one switch.  Thanks in advance for any help!

I just saw this post.  Yeah, I know, I'm slow.  I'm looking for the same thing.  Anybody have any ideas?
