I've got the Comcast HD DVR and it fills up quick.

Try Rampy's forum, mebbe they have some experience.

There's also a "something"-technica, IIRC.

I wish I knew more about what it's like, but I am not familiar with that one

Mebbe a generic "how to boost your TIVO" would help as well.

I know it's not much, but hopefully something will help ya there.  If I find some more info, I'll post.

Thanks.  I'll definitely do some reading there - that site is very cool...

If the Comcast DVR is like their Digital boxes, you can't touch the things.  They aren't really yours.  If you bought it yourself however, I'm sure there is a way to upgrade the hard drive... do you know if its based off of Tivo, Replay, or a Comcast-specific program?

Search avsforum.com, arstechnica.com, and rampy's site.  I'm sure you'll find something.  I'm looking to upgrade the drive in my Replay once I have some extra cash :) I love DVR.

If by chance it's TiVo-based, there is no other place to go but
