Title: Intergraph mdsp11504 17" Specs
Post by: aust_txv on November 19, 2004, 09:31:36 am
Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with the Intergraph MDSP11504 monitors in a cab ?

This monitor has 4 BNC connections Red, Blue, Green and  Horizontal and Vertical sync on the same BNC.  4 BNC total.
A switch for signal input  1.0V or .7V and a termination switch.  Pretty sure this is a multisync monitor. 60 to 150 maybe.  I believe Samsung makes these ( or did it is an older display) There is also a 9 pin female connection...

Are there any advantages to using such a monitor for a mame cab over a regular vga/svga monitor ?

I would like to use this monitor as an RGB low res dispaly connected to ??? some type of video out put from a PC in a cocktail table to get that bright RGB low res picture.

I have seen db15 to bnc cables before, is it that simple ? Can't be....  Would I need a special video card ?  Plan to run only classic vertical games.

Thanks in advance,

Tom Ventresco

Intergraph is a company that slapped their name on another monitor. I do think it was Samsung. Intergraph is a company that sells "ProEngineering" 3D CAD software, and sells complete computer systems with it as well.
Total over priced junk from what we have seen.
