Im a bit confused here. I read the wiring faq and it seems that I should just connect both. But on the I-PAC site it shows only NC being wired(besides COM). I tryed looking at a few examples just to see but there was no good shots. Or maybe I just didnt see them.

Use the N.O. (normally open) terminal and the common terminal.
The I-pac site diagram shows the N.O, terminal running
to the ipac input and the COM. terminal running running to the I-pac ground.
I think you may be getting confused because the diagram
shows a line between the com. and N.C terminals, that line your seeing there is actually the switch actuator that is inside the micro-switch. When you hold down a button
that "line" will Switch from COM<---->N.C to Com<---->N.O.
Bottom line: you should have no wire connected to the N.C.
terminals on your buttons or joysticks.

Chain the ground wire from one of the ground screw terminals on the ipac to the connector marked COM on all switches. Use a single wire for each switch to connect the connector marked NO to the correct screw terminal on the ipac.
NO = normally open
NC = normally closed
COM = common ground
NO and NC are just 2 different ways of using the switch and depend on the application. Connecting to COM and NO will only make current flow for the length of time the button is pressed (which is correct and what the ipac expects).
Connecting wires to NC and COM will have current flowing thru the circuit continuously except when the button is pressed. Wiring this way will be the same as holding the button down all the time. Not good. The ipac will interpret this as a stuck button and not function correctly.
Hope this explanation helps you out... :)

Thank you both very much. It makes sense now. :)
