Title: need advise please, does tviewgold output better than svideo out

I have an ati card with video/svideo output it look good on tv, but still i wonder if i can improve its graphic by use Tview gold converter.  Will that make the graphic better? or I just better off get a HDTV instead of my regular sharp 25"
