Title: Minipac Programming

I'm finally getting around to reprogramming my minipac, but I can't find my cd. What program is compatible with the minipac?

WinIPAC, not the IPD version.  Reprogram it as if it were an IPAC-2 (the software only has options for IPAC-2 and IPAC-4)  and it should work fine (well mine does anyway).
