Title: Fuseable resistor 5w10 blown need help!!!
Post by: gman on October 02, 2004, 02:50:42 pm
Does anyone out there know what ohm value this fuseable resistor is?

Possibly a 5 watt 10 ohm or a 1/2 watt 10 ohm?

It is on a sanwa chassis from a sega after burner game and needs to be replaced with something.

Any help would greatly be apprecaited.

Thank You,

Kevin

I have a 20" monitor 200-5090 in a sega afterburner game. The chassis is a sanwa v21 # pm1723c and has a blown resistor located at R401. The only marking on this resistor is 2109.

Does anyone have a manual for this model or any model with a sanwa chassis? or can anyone tell me the value of this resistor?

Any help would greatly be apprecaited.

Thank You,

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Can you still see the colored bands on it (if there are any)?

This place claims to have a manual for that monitor.

Maybe send him an e-mail and see if they can help?

Also, you should check with Sega USA's service dept. at www.seuservice.com/search.html

I have found the techs and the website to be very helpful.  :)
