Its been many many months since I have had time to check this site out and or work on my Cabinet, but its 4:10am here in Regina Saskatchewan Canada and with the help of a friend we got it rocking :)
PIII 600
256megs PC-133
80gig Hard drive (Mame, MP3s, Videos for screen saver)
3DFX Voodoo 5500 AGP
SoundBlaster Vasta? Some old ISA SOund card I found in the basement
Stereo Speakers + Sub
2 Players each with (currently) 6 Buttons
Mame .67
Windows 98 SE (NO UPDATES Compact install)
21" Nec multisync XP21 Monitor
Its not the fastest Machine on the planet but it does its Job very Nicely
The Videos I use for the sreen Saver are classic 80's Commercials that I found a torrent of a long time ago ...

My Custom Marquee (original Marquee was used with permission, I put in the Matrix Characters though)

and of course this is the wiring job on the bottom of the control pannel ... gotta love shrink tubing :)
I used the I-Paq for the arcade to computer interface as I found it the easiest thing to setup and use

The Neo Geo Side art on the Side is ORIGINAL not some remake/reprint
found it at a local Arcade that I goto ALOT
Wonderland Arcades in Regina Saskatchewan Canada ... $3 for an hour where you can play any game you want. Inc Tekken 4, Pinball, DDR, San. Fran Rush 2049 and NFL Blitz just to name a few :)

we spent like 4 hours re-wiring the entire cab to get everything working ... including the Coin Drawer :)
I will have to take this baby to the next R-Dot Lan party http://www.r-dot.org for some classic Gaming Tournaments I think
also I would like to thank http://www.emdkay.net for doing a dam good job at printing the Marquee
Thanks again to Kev, Josh and everyone else who helped me build this thing ... ohh and of course how can I forget, Thank you Saint for making that book ... its been alot of help to me ... it stands proudly by my Arcade for all to see

If you are thinking of building a cabinet, or you are already on your way building one GET THIS BOOK ... it will save you alot of time as it gives alot of helpfull tips and hell it does look pretty sexy next to your arcade :)
