Title: Steering Wheel or Light Gun?

Hi guys,
Looking to upgrade my cab what do u suggest? wheel or light gun? which is better? and how many gmaes are supported? which is easier to set up? and where should i buy it? whats the best way to add it?

depends on the wheel, an analog or 360?  many racing games where just a BIG spinner, some where analog.  I think urebelscum.speedhost.com has a list of analog racing games.

Otherwise use oscarcontrols wheel.

It is a toss up either way, get both!!

I suggest upgrading with a Dreamcast inside your cabinet.  Play some real lightgun games like House of the Dead 2 or Confidential Mission.  Ferrarri F355 Challenge is also a little more challenging than Pole Position.

Some Dreamcast info is already on this site located here:

Hey,
I know this is a great site! But the light gun section mainly deals with Arcade Monitors. I would like to get some info on the USB guns and how they work etc....also I cant find a decent how too on steering wheels....

sorry maybe i am blind?

Well, you are going to have to talk to Act Labs and see if they will release that info on USB guns, but I believe that is a no.

Second, there is a bunch of steering wheel stuff here.  Also check out the steeringing wheels are oscarcontrols.com
