I have an .mov file that I would like to make a VCD or SVCD from.
I'm pretty sure that means I need to convert the file into an .avi or .mpg because that's all nero supports...
Now if there's another burning program that will do .mov to a VCD that would be great to know too, but I'm looking for a program that can do the conversion without adding a watermark for the un-registered version...

I was actually thinking the same thing myself yesterday

www.dvdrhelp.com
www.vcdhelp.com
They are all the same site, but that site is by far the most comprehensive digital video resource on the net. The first link should point you to a tutorial on converting .MOV to .MPG.
