Are there any other Golden tee games for Mame besides golden tee 1 &2?

Nope.  There is a PC version though.  Forum members have also said that Tiger Woods Golf works well with a tball on a cab.

Yep, check out the links for pc games stickied.  PGA 2000, tiger woods, several others are good.  There is the golden tee golf pc edition which uses the courses from '97 and '98.
