Title: 2 On 2 Open Ice Challenge on challenged CPU

Anyone know of an emulator that can run this game at full speed on an 800 Mhz P3?  I searched around a bit but haven't found anything yet.

Mame just can't handle it.  I need something like Raine except for the TMS34010/Midway stuff.
