Title: mess

I have got mess working for coleco and atari games but The escape key doesn't seem to exit the game. Also tab doesn't work for the classical set up screen. I have deleted the cfg files. Is there something new to the later releases? The last version I used was 56!!!!

Open the MESS.ini file in the ini folder, scroll down to the bottom and change the line "newui" to 0, the old gui is back.

Guess I should read the release notes when I haven't used a piece of software in a while!
