Hi,
I know a few people including myself have used the 19" universal chassis from Genao but has anyone tried the 25" one for $95? I have a zenith tube sitting around that should work and was thinking of ordering one. I wonder if it has pincushion controls, that would make it a lot easier to find a donor tube? I've been through a bunch of tubes with my 19" chassis the latest being from a year 2000 rca xl100. RCA sure makes some cheap crap these days. I still have a bit of pincushion on the tube but the focus and convergence are so good I'm willing to live with it for now.
I still belive the 19" chassis has a wimpy power supply based on how much overscan bounce occurs on an all white flashing screen. I guess I'm just too picky as nobody else has complained.

I recently hooked up a 25" chassis from 8liners. The ones he has now have the adjustment controls on a wired remote but still do not have pincushion adjustment.
I agree that the power supply is a little 'wimpy', when displaying a windows desktop if I move from a screen with not a lot of white to an all white window the screen dims a bit. I only notice that in windows (via an ArcadeVGA) in games I haven't noticed it at all. Overall I am pretty happy with it though. The wired remote controls are a godsend.
