Title: autoframedelay and games with 30Hz frequency

For most part autoframedelay (version 287) works perfectly in my system but games that used only 30Hz for display seems do not use this option. Those games are in mcr, mcr3 driver.

I'm using standard TV so I promote those games in 2560x480@60i. Too big difference between game frequncy and promoted switchres frequency? Setting framedelay manually seems to work.
