Title: After Burner upgrade video - Decals, silent fan, enhanced ROMs

Finished my next video. This time, fixing everything that was wrong with my After Burner arcade :)

I applied the missing sideart, replaced the loud fan with a silent one, and replaced the German ROM files with English ones, and eventually with After Burner Enhanced. Hope you enjoy!
