Title: Small black area on monitor, what's up?
Post by: Apollo on March 09, 2004, 03:58:11 am
Just got everything working finally but some games have a small black rectangle about 1 inch by 2 inches on the monitor, just a blank spot ( some games appear to be fine ). I'm using arcade monitor and ArcadeVGA.
Anyone know what's happening?
Thankyou

No digital camera at the moment, I'll see what I can do and maybe repost later. Cheers.

Hi,

I get the same thing with my arcadeVGA and WG D9200
when I switch to 1024x768 or 800x600 in some modes
i get the small square near the bottom right of my screen

Yeah the black square on mine is at bottom right as well. Weird, I wonder if anyone knows what to do about it?

I think it may be to do with ArcadeVGA not picking the correct res for some games, anyone got any pointers?
